The meeting detail page

What is on a meeting's page, and how to complete, cancel, reschedule or mark a meeting as missed.

Updated 10 October 2026 · 3 min read

A meeting's page shows when and where it is, who is coming and what it's about. After the meeting, it is where you record how it went.

Click a meeting's title on the Meetings page, on the Calendar, or on a record's Activities tab to open it.

A meeting's page with its title, status and time at the top, the menu on the right, and the Meeting Information and Notes cards

At the top

The top of the page shows the title, the status, the description and the time. On the right are Reschedule, while the meeting is still scheduled, and the ⋮ menu.

Overview

Meeting Information shows the owner, the start and end time with the length, the related record, the location, the participants, and who made the meeting and when.

Notes is for anything your team should know, such as what was agreed. Click Add or Edit to write notes.

Attachments shows the files added to the meeting, such as the agenda.

Timeline

Timeline lists every change to the meeting: who changed what, and when. For example, if the time moved, you can see who moved it. Click the arrow next to an entry to see exactly what changed.

A meeting's Timeline tab with two entries opened to show each field and its value, and the Suggestions panel on the right

Suggestions on the right lets you see the history of one thing at a time, such as Start Time Change History or Location Change History. Click one to see only those changes. Click it again to go back to the full timeline.

After the meeting

Use the ⋮ menu at the top right. You can do this if you own or created the meeting, and it's still Scheduled.

Complete

Click Complete. Pick the Purpose and the Outcome, such as Interested or No Show, then click Yes. If the meeting already has a purpose, it is filled in. You pick both or neither.

The outcome tells your team how the meeting went without reading notes. For example, a manager can see at a glance which demos ended with an interested customer.

Cancel

Click Cancel and confirm. The meeting is marked Cancelled, and everyone invited gets an email. Cancelling keeps the meeting on record, so your team can see it was called off.

Mark as missed

If the meeting didn't happen and nobody cancelled it, such as a customer who never joined, click Mark as Missed and confirm. Salesfresh never does this for you.

Reschedule

Click Reschedule to open the form and pick a new time. Everyone invited gets an updated invite. See Schedule and edit a meeting.

The ⋮ menu

Edit, Clone and Delete are also in the ⋮ menu. See Schedule and edit a meeting.
