Best CRM Software in India: Top 10 Compared for 2026

By Deva ManickamUpdated 7 October 202617 min read

Choosing the best CRM software for an Indian business is harder than it looks. Some CRMs publish prices in rupees and some only in dollars. Some charge per user and some charge a flat fee for the whole team. Some are built for a five-person sales team in Pune, others for a global enterprise with a dedicated admin.

This guide compares 10 CRMs that Indian businesses use today, from global names to customer relationship management software built in India. For each one you get who it suits, what it costs, where it is strong and where it falls short. At the end there is a simple process for picking one.

Prices are taken from each vendor's official pricing page as of October 2026. Vendors change prices often, and several show prices in US dollars or by region, so confirm the current figure on the linked page before you buy.

Disclosure: this article is published by Salesfresh, which also sells a CRM. Salesfresh is one of the 10 CRMs below. We ranked it on the same criteria as the others, kept every comparison to published prices and features, and listed its limitations alongside its strengths.

How we chose and ranked these CRMs

There is no single best CRM in India. The right one depends on your team size, how you sell and how much you can spend. So we ranked these CRMs by how well they fit a typical Indian small or mid-sized business, using five criteria:

  1. Published pricing. Can you see what it costs, ideally in INR, without talking to sales?
  2. Entry cost. Is there a free plan or a low-cost first paid tier?
  3. Breadth. Does it cover leads, deals, email, automation and reports in one place?
  4. Ease of setup. Can a small team get started without a consultant?
  5. Room to grow. Can it handle more users, teams and process as you scale?

A CRM lower on this list is not a worse product. Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, for example, are powerful platforms that rank lower here because they cost more and need more setup than most small Indian teams want.

1. Zoho CRM

Best for: growing small and mid-sized businesses that want a full CRM with room to grow.

Zoho CRM is one of the most widely used CRMs in India, and Zoho is an Indian company. It is a full-featured CRM with five editions, which makes it easy to start small and move up.

Pricing (annual billing, per user per month, pre-GST): Free for up to 3 users, Standard ₹800, Professional ₹1,400, Enterprise ₹2,400, Ultimate ₹2,600. Zoho advertises savings of up to 34% for annual billing. Source: Zoho CRM pricing.

  • Wide feature set: pipelines, forecasting, process automation, CPQ and inventory from Professional
  • Part of a large suite of Zoho business apps
  • Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, in its full form from Enterprise

Limitations:

  • Features are bundled by edition, so needing one feature from a higher edition means paying the higher price for every user
  • The headline price is the annual rate; monthly billing costs more
  • The number of settings and options takes time to learn

We cover every edition, GST and the hidden costs in our Zoho CRM pricing India guide.

2. HubSpot Sales Hub

Best for: teams that want their CRM and marketing tools from the same vendor.

Freshsales is the CRM from Freshworks, a company founded in Chennai. It covers contacts, deals, email, phone and chat in one product.

Strengths:

  • The lowest INR entry price on this list
  • Simple, pipeline-first design that small teams can learn quickly
  • An upgrade path to Zoho CRM if you outgrow it

Limitations:

  • The free plan is for one user only
  • Built for small teams by design, so larger teams with complex processes usually move to Zoho CRM

5. Salesfresh

Best for: Indian small and mid-sized sales teams that want INR pricing, automation and built-in telephony without an enterprise price.

Salesfresh is a CRM built in India and priced in rupees. It covers lead management, deal pipelines with custom stages, an email client with Gmail and Outlook sync, reports and sales targets for individuals and teams.

You can compare every plan on the features page.

  • CRM, tasks, projects, chat and video calls in one product
  • A free plan to start

Limitations:

  • The breadth of tools makes it busier to learn than a focused CRM
  • Flat tiers mean jumping from 5 to 50 users in one step when you grow past five

  • Most businesses need an admin or implementation partner to get full value
  • More than most small teams need

CRM software India: pricing compared for a 10-person team

Per-user prices are hard to compare in your head. Here is what a 10-person team pays for one year at each CRM's entry paid tier, on annual billing, before GST. Only CRMs with official INR prices are included.

CRMTierYearly cost, 10 users (pre-GST)
Zoho BiginExpress₹48,000
Bitrix24Standard (up to 50 users, flat)₹57,480
SalesfreshStarterabout ₹61,100
Zoho CRMStandard₹96,000
LeadSquaredSales Pro₹3,00,000
Microsoft Dynamics 365 SalesSales Professional₹6,49,200

Entry tiers are not equal. Bitrix24 Standard, Zoho CRM Standard and Salesfresh Starter include very different features. Compare the tier that has the features you need, not just the cheapest one. Our CRM pricing in India guide goes deeper into price bands, GST and total cost of ownership.

How to choose the best CRM in India for your business

A CRM is something your team uses every day, so the right choice comes down to fit, not the longest feature list. Work through these steps.

1. Write down how you sell

List the steps a lead goes through, from first contact to closed deal. Note where leads come from (website forms, WhatsApp, Google Ads, walk-ins, referrals) and who handles them. This tells you which features you need on day one.

2. Separate must-haves from nice-to-haves

Most small teams need the same core: lead and contact management, a deal pipeline, email sync, tasks and reminders, and basic reports. Automation, lead scoring, telephony and forecasting become important as volume grows. Anything you will not use in the first six months is a nice-to-have.

Our checklists for CRM for small business and CRM for startups break this down by stage.

3. Set a budget per user per year

Multiply the per-user price by your team size and by 12. Add 18% GST if you cannot claim input tax credit. Then add setup, migration and training time. A CRM that costs ₹600 a month per user is ₹72,000 a year for a team of 10, before GST.

4. Check the currency and the billing terms

A price in US dollars will move with the exchange rate, and your card may add foreign transaction charges. Also check whether the headline price is the annual rate. Several vendors advertise the annual rate, and monthly billing costs more.

5. Check where the features sit

Vendors bundle features into editions. If a feature you need is only in a higher edition, the whole team pays the higher price. Make a list of your must-haves and find the lowest tier that covers all of them.

6. Try it with your own data

Use the free plan or trial to import a few hundred real leads and run a week of real work. Watch whether reps keep it updated without being chased. Adoption matters more than any single feature.

7. Plan the migration

Moving from spreadsheets or another CRM takes time. Clean up duplicates before import, map your fields to the new CRM's fields and check whether the vendor provides import templates. If you are leaving Zoho, our guide to Zoho CRM alternatives covers how to switch.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best CRM software in India?

There is no single best CRM for every business. Zoho CRM is a strong all-round choice for growing SMBs, HubSpot suits teams that also run marketing, and Bigin or Salesfresh suit small teams on a budget. Larger companies with complex processes often choose Salesforce or Dynamics 365.

Which CRMs are popular in India?

Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot and Freshsales are all widely used in India. Zoho and Freshworks were both founded in India, and LeadSquared is popular in sectors with high lead volume, such as education and lending.

Is there a free CRM in India?

Yes. Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users, HubSpot for up to 2, Bigin for 1, and Salesfresh for up to 3. Bitrix24 also has a free plan. Free plans cover the basics but limit users, storage or automation.

How much does CRM software cost in India?

Entry paid plans range from about ₹400 to ₹2,500 per user per month in INR, before 18% GST. Enterprise CRMs such as Dynamics 365 Sales start at ₹5,410 per user per month. See our CRM pricing in India guide for a full breakdown.

Is GST charged on CRM software in India?

Yes. CRM subscriptions attract 18% GST in India. Most vendors list prices before GST and add it on the invoice. GST-registered businesses can usually claim it back as input tax credit.

Should I choose an Indian CRM or a global one?

Choose on fit, not origin. Indian vendors such as Zoho, Freshworks, LeadSquared and Salesfresh are more likely to price in INR and invoice with GST, which simplifies billing. Global platforms offer larger ecosystems. Compare the features you need and the total yearly cost.

The bottom line

The best CRM software for your business is the one your team will use every day at a price that fits your budget. For most Indian SMBs, that means shortlisting two or three CRMs with published INR pricing, testing each with real data and choosing the lowest tier that covers every must-have feature.
