Zoho CRM Pricing in India (2026): What You Will Actually Pay

By Deva ManickamUpdated 7 October 202610 min read

Zoho CRM is one of the most popular CRMs in India, and Zoho CRM pricing in India looks simple on paper: four paid editions, one free plan, a price per user. The number you end up paying is usually higher. GST is added on top, monthly billing costs more than the headline rate, and some features you may need sit in a higher edition than you expected.

This guide covers every Zoho CRM edition in rupees, what each one includes, what a real team pays in a year, and what to check before you sign up.

Prices in this article are taken from Zoho's official India pricing page as of October 2026. Zoho changes its prices from time to time, so confirm them on zoho.com before you buy.

Disclosure: this article is published by Salesfresh, which also sells a CRM. We compare the two later in the article and keep the comparison to published prices and features.

Zoho CRM pricing at a glance

EditionBilled annually (per user/month)Billed monthly (per user/month)Best for
Free₹0₹0Up to 3 users trying a CRM for the first time
Standard₹800₹1,300Small teams that need pipelines and email
Professional₹1,400₹2,100Growing teams that need process automation
Enterprise₹2,400₹3,000Larger teams that need AI, approvals and multiple teams
Ultimate₹2,600₹3,200Companies that need the highest limits and BI

All prices exclude GST. Zoho states that local taxes are charged on top of the listed price, and GST on software subscriptions in India is 18%.

Zoho advertises savings of "up to 34%" for annual billing. In practice that means the Zoho CRM price you see first is the annual rate, paid for a full year upfront.

What each Zoho CRM edition includes

Free edition

The free edition is for up to 3 users and stays free with no time limit. It covers the basics:

  • Lead, contact, account and deal management
  • Basic workflow automation
  • Standard reports
  • Mobile apps
  • Up to 10 custom email templates
  • 5,000 API calls per day

It works well for a founder and one or two salespeople who want to stop tracking customers in a spreadsheet. It is not built for a team that will grow, because the fourth user means moving everyone to a paid edition.

Standard (₹800 per user per month, billed annually)

Standard is the entry paid edition. It adds what most small sales teams need first:

  • Email integration
  • Built-in calling
  • Multiple sales pipelines
  • Sales forecasting
  • Custom modules
  • Data enrichment

For a small team that sells one way and needs a clean pipeline, Standard is often enough.

Professional (₹1,400 per user per month, billed annually)

Professional is the edition most growing businesses end up on. It adds:

  • Process automation (Zoho's Blueprint, which enforces the steps of a sales process)
  • CPQ (configure, price, quote)
  • Inventory management (quotes, sales orders, invoices)
  • Unlimited reports
  • Customer portals
  • Google Ads integration
  • AI agents

If your team sends quotes from the CRM, or needs a defined process that every rep must follow, you will likely need Professional rather than Standard.

Enterprise (₹2,400 per user per month, billed annually)

Enterprise is for larger organisations with several teams. It adds:

  • Multi-team management
  • Approval processes
  • Custom functions (code that runs inside the CRM)
  • Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, with its extended features
  • Sandbox for testing changes before they go live
  • Field-level encryption

Enterprise is the first edition with Zia's full AI features. If AI predictions and suggestions are on your list, budget for Enterprise.

Ultimate (₹2,600 per user per month, billed annually)

Ultimate has everything in Enterprise with higher limits, more storage, more AI prediction models, unlimited API credits and advanced analytics. It suits companies with large data volumes or heavy integration needs.

What GST adds to your Zoho CRM cost

Zoho's prices are listed before tax. Every invoice adds 18% GST. If your business is GST-registered, you can usually claim this back as input tax credit, so the real cost to you is the pre-tax price. If you are not registered, the 18% is a cost you pay in full.

EditionAnnual price per user (pre-GST)GST at 18%Annual price per user (with GST)
Standard₹9,600₹1,728₹11,328
Professional₹16,800₹3,024₹19,824
Enterprise₹28,800₹5,184₹33,984
Ultimate₹31,200₹5,616₹36,816

What a real team pays in a year

Price per user is easy to compare and easy to underestimate. Here is what three common team sizes pay in a year on annual billing.

TeamEditionUsersYearly cost (pre-GST)Yearly cost (with GST)
Small businessStandard5₹48,000₹56,640
Growing teamProfessional10₹1,68,000₹1,98,240
Mid-sized sales orgEnterprise25₹7,20,000₹8,49,600

On monthly billing, the same 10-user Professional team pays ₹2,100 per user per month, which is ₹2,52,000 a year before GST. That is ₹84,000 more than paying annually, in exchange for being able to cancel any month.

Costs that are not on the pricing card

The edition price is the starting point. These are the other costs to plan for.

Paying for an edition to get one feature

Zoho's editions are bundles. If you need one feature from a higher edition, such as approval processes or Zia's AI, you pay the higher price for every user, not just the ones who use it. For a 10-person team, moving from Professional to Enterprise for a single feature adds ₹1,20,000 a year before GST.

Storage and extra records

Each edition comes with a set amount of file storage and data storage. Teams that attach many documents or keep years of history can outgrow it and need to buy extra storage as an add-on.

Telephony

Built-in calling is listed from Standard. Calls themselves usually go through a telephony provider that you pay separately, per minute or per number. Check which providers work in India and what they charge before you assume calling is included.

Implementation and setup

Many businesses hire a Zoho partner to set up modules, automation and integrations. Partner fees in India vary widely, from a few thousand rupees for a basic setup to several lakhs for a complex one. Zoho's own Ultimate edition includes some consulting and migration help.

Data migration

Moving years of leads and deal history from spreadsheets or another CRM takes time, whether it is your team's time or a partner's. Plan for cleaning up duplicates before import.

Training and adoption

A CRM only pays off if your team uses it. Budget time for training, especially on Professional and above, where the automation features take some learning.

Annual lock-in

Annual billing gives the best price but commits you for a year. If your team shrinks or the CRM is not a fit, you have already paid. Some businesses start on monthly billing for two or three months, then switch to annual once they are sure.

Which Zoho CRM edition should you choose?

If you needStart with
A free CRM for 1 to 3 peopleFree
Pipelines, email and forecasting for a small teamStandard
Quotes, inventory or an enforced sales processProfessional
AI predictions, approvals, multiple teams or a sandboxEnterprise
Very high data volumes and advanced analyticsUltimate

A simple rule: choose the lowest edition that covers the features your team uses every week, not the features that would be nice to have. Upgrading later is easy. Downgrading after your processes depend on a feature is not.

How Zoho CRM pricing compares with Salesfresh

For the 10-person team above, Professional on annual billing costs ₹1,68,000 a year on Zoho and about ₹1,22,300 a year on Salesfresh, before GST.

The plans are not identical. Zoho's Professional includes inventory management with sales orders and invoices. Salesfresh covers products, quotes and contracts, but not invoicing. Salesfresh's Professional plan includes 500 minutes of telephony a month, mass email campaigns and webhooks. Compare the features your team will use, not just the price. You can see every Salesfresh plan on the pricing page.
